By signing up and actively using the

program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will
be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary
contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with

. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the
yourclick.biz
program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by
local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing
yourclick.biz
account.
You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your

account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use
your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by

be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any
solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving
credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with
yourclick.biz
. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from
yourclick.biz
. limited to no more than (10) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from
yourclick.biz
, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Yourclick reserve the right to send emails anti cheaters that use
not allowed software to click.
ALL MEMBERS FOUND WITH FALSE INFORMATION IN THEIR PROFILE, WITH BAD KEYWORD
SELECTED ( Delete me, I cheat or etc... ) AND OR
FROM NON SEARCH COUNTRIES WITH SEARCH KEYWORD SELECTED, WILL BE DELETED
WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS.
ALL MEMBERS FOUND TO USE AUTO CLICK SOFTWARE WILL BE DEFINITELY BANNED
FROM OUR SITE WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS, THE ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED AND ALL
EARNINGS FORFEITED. NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE.
MULTIPLE SIGNUP SHALL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF ALL
INVOLVED ACCOUNTS.
SIGNING UP MULTIPLE TIMES FROM THE SAME PC/IP ALSO CONSTITUTES FRAUD.
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PAYMENT PROCESSOR ID.
SHARING A PAYMENT ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER MEMBER WILL BE CONSIDERED A
DUPLICATE ACCOUNT AND BOTH WILL BE REMOVED.
You may not have more than ONE paid AD open at a time on YourClick.
The correct method is to open one AD, let the timer EXPIRE then continue on
to the next AD. Users found opening more than one paid ad at a time will be
removed and earnings also will be forfeited.
WE WILL CLEAN OUR DATABASE FROM BAD ACCOUNTS AS MANY TIMES AS WE NEED
WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS.
Termination of Account
YourClick reserves the right to terminate any members account for the
following reasons, including attempts to defraud the system by any
means, including, but not limited to:
- Use of "robots" or automated code scripts.
- Unauthorized use of E-Gold.
- Excessive and abusive use of the program submission forms.
- Excessive program submission denials.
- Slander, libel, or false advertising against or on behalf of
YourClick to any third party.
- Failure to follow proper procedure in dispute resolution.
- Inactive account for more than 15 days.
- Abusive, annoying, slanderous or threatening correspondence of any
kind to any administrative official or other advertisers/members of
YourClick, including YourClick’s website, emails, or Forums made
available to its members.
- Members having their accounts terminated will immediately forfeit
any balance in their account, and will in no event be reinstated.
- Any member may terminate their account. However, in doing so, the
member forfeits ALL earnings in their account under the minimum payout,
and will not be eligible to sign up for the program at any later date.
- YourClick is family friendly and will not tolerate any sites
that contain porn, or links to porn, hate or warez sites. An account
will be terminated if you promote these types of sites on YourClick.
- Use of or the transmission of malicious code in web pages, emails,
or other communications.
Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes
of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
YourClick account including authorization by you to any third party
individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud,
system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or
illegal by YourClick be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. You must maintain your email account that you
used when signing up YourClick. You agree to receive email
advertising from YourClick, limited to no more than 100/150 per day.
In the event that your email account on file becomes bounced or blocked
for 3 (three) or more days to messages from YourClick your account
will be placed to receive our emails only through Inbox present in our
site. If you don't have a special authorization from the
webmaster and sell your account on auctions or similar, I'll delete your
account without prior notice.
Relationship of the Parties
You and
yourclick.biz
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership,
joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship
between you and
yourclick.biz
. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
yourclick.biz. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability
yourclick.biz
will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or
yourclick.biz
program, even if
yourclick.biz
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
yourclick.biz
aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Payments
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
yourclick.biz. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the
yourclick.biz
program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by
yourclick.biz.
yourclick.biz
will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by
yourclick.biz. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.
Free Link Exchanges Services
We do not exposed or sell any email collected to the public, it is only for
announcing the update, announcing new link submitted and announcing others
related to yourclick.biz business. By submitting your link to us considered you are
agreed that any email came from yourclick.biz is not recognized as spam.
Link submitted will be unavailable after three month from the day of submission
made. Also only one link can be submitted per email address registered.
Reciprocal link provided is as an optional option (Otherwise stated required) for you to help promoting
yourclick.biz. But if your website include this reciprocal link anywhere in your
index pages, your previous link submitted will be placed at yourclick.biz link
exchanges forever.
In order to updated the submitted link you must register as an affiliate at

at any time with hassle free. As an affiliated you will grant access to our Paid

We have right to changes the term of services if necessary without prior

Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with

and may result in legal prosecution.

strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming
as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from
the Spamming incident.

may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for
immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from
the same computer also constitutes fraud.
yourclick.biz
will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
